Absolutely Outstanding Service! I can't recommend Rapid Response Plumbing highly enough. From the moment I called, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly responsive. Mitchell showed up exactly when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the issue with my leaking pipe. Not only was the problem fixed efficiently, but he also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. What really impressed me was the attention to detail and cleanliness — everything was left spotless when the job was done. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise charges.

They are the best!! Been having an issue for a while at our work place. Couldn't get anyone to fix it properly. Called them up, they was out here the next day and got the issue fixed. Rylan was very professional and friendly. He told us what was wrong and what he was going to do.

Kyle was amazing! He was very informative and did a great job resolving my issue. In the past I have used many plumbing companies but I will always go where he goes. He is as good as it gets. Rapid Response is for sure the best "go to" option even if you have to wait a day or so for them to make it out.

Billy was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment he arrived, he listened carefully to my concerns and got right to work. He replaced two toilet valves quickly and efficiently, leaving everything working perfectly. Yesterday I noticed my hot water heater was leaking. Within a couple of hours Aaron and Bailey were out to take a look and first thing the next morning Kyle and Rylan were out to replace our old 40 gal with a new 50 gal. Leak stopped. Excellent work in a timely and professional manner. Aaron even helped me resolve an unrelated issue I was having with a condensate pump from my dehumidifier at no charge just b/c he had a good idea of where the issue was coming from and knew I needed to keep the water pumping after all that had leaked out from the old water heater.

Luke was our technician and provided amazing service. He was timely and provided excellent suggestions on a replacement toilet. He answered all our questions and was clean, fast, and efficient. Extremely respectful of our home by keeping things clean.

I had a difficult plumbing/drainage issue.l, and did not have a “go to” plumber….so I looked up and called RRP. They were quick to respond and were at my house in less than 24 hours. Ryland (plumber) did an excellent job in evaluating and implementing a solution that appears to have fully addressed. They were excellent in communication through the entire process and had the people to address the issue.

I’m very pleased with RRO and they are now my “go to” plumber.
