Absolutely Outstanding Service! I can't recommend Rapid Response Plumbing highly enough. From the moment I called, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly responsive. Mitchell showed up exactly when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the issue with my leaking pipe. Not only was the problem fixed efficiently, but he also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. What really impressed me was the attention to detail and cleanliness — everything was left spotless when the job was done. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise charges.

They are the best!! Been having an issue for a while at our work place. Couldn't get anyone to fix it properly. Called them up, they was out here the next day and got the issue fixed. Rylan was very professional and friendly. He told us what was wrong and what he was going to do.

After the installation, Kyle went above and beyond by walking us through how the water system works throughout our home. Kyle was amazing! He was very informative and did a great job resolving my issue. In the past I have used many plumbing companies but I will always go where he goes. He is as good as it gets. Rapid Response is for sure the best "go to" option even if you have to wait a day or so for them to make it out.

Billy was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment he arrived, he listened carefully to my concerns and got right to work. He replaced two toilet valves quickly and efficiently, leaving everything working perfectly. What really stood out was his professionalism and attention to detail — he even took the time to explain a few things and offered helpful recommendations.

I've had 2 technicians on different days. Both were excellent and knowledgeable. Stevie was working on the installation of my new hot water heater. He was professional and experienced. He knew just what to do and other ways he might be of help in the future with shower repairs and front of house faucet that was broken. Yesterday I noticed my hot water heater was leaking. Within a couple of hours Aaron and Bailey were out to take a look and first thing the next morning Kyle and Rylan were out to replace our old 40 gal with a new 50 gal. Leak stopped. Excellent work in a timely and professional manner. Aaron even helped me resolve an unrelated issue I was having with a condensate pump from my dehumidifier at no charge just b/c he had a good idea of where the issue was coming from and knew I needed to keep the water pumping after all that had leaked out from the old water heater.

Luke was our technician and provided amazing service. He was timely and provided excellent suggestions on a replacement toilet. He answered all our questions and was clean, fast, and efficient. Extremely respectful of our home by keeping things clean.

Our RO system stopped working right and our water was tasting strange. Our technician found the problem fast, explained everything in plain language, and had it fixed the same visit. Clean water again and no more worrying. Would call Rapid Response again in a heartbeat.

Mitchell and Ben installed a tankless hot water heater after ours failed. They did it in a timely fashion, they were neat, polite and got us back online in 4-5 hrs. Hot water is flowing again. I had a difficult plumbing/drainage issue and did not have a “go to” plumber….so I looked up and called RRP. They were quick to respond and were at my house in less than 24 hours. Ryland (plumber) did an excellent job in evaluating and implementing a solution that appears to have fully addressed... I’m very pleased with RRO and they are now my “go to” plumber.

I have never had such an awesome experience with plumbers. Ryland came out on time, diagnosed my leak problem from my master bath into my garage, was quick to fix it, AND came in under what I was expecting to pay. So I had him install some bidets I had ordered from Amazon and still came in under. These guys will not disappoint - don’t hesitate to call them today!

They're certainly true to their name. I called another plumber for a leak that had flooded the kitchen before Rapid Response but they weren't available same day. James showed up in the same afternoon, was patient and thorough, walked us through everything and fixed the leak in the same visit. Hopefully there's no next time but if we need a plumber in the future, it'll be Rapid Response Plumbing without a doubt.

I have a stamped concrete patio and my gutters were attached to a French drain underneath the patio. I had issues with my downspouts draining due to severe clogging. Stevie identified the problem immediately and offered a few suggestions to fix the issue. He needed to continue the drain in order to provide adequate drainage. Stevie did a first rate job and provided an explanation and pictures of his work. I’m very pleased and would give him 6 stars if I could.

We had flushing, draining issues. A couple of toilets wouldn’t flush at night, then in the morning they would flush. When we emptied the tub our kitchen drain gurgled. We knew something was funky. Aaron and Keith arrived and were super-professional, knowledgable, and friendly. They quickly assessed the problem as a cracked main line in my front yard, heading out to the street, which they were able to show me with the video they used to pinpoint the problem. They offered options to repair the cracked area of piping or replace all of the old piping (which we originally thought was cast iron). We ultimately chose to replace all of the piping, as it turned out not to be cast iron at all, but an old cracked, worn, and squished orangeburg pipe—the thing would just fall apart if you looked at it. Replacing the pipe meant digging and re-routing pipe in the cramped crawl space under the house, but these guys were all in. Aaron and Keith, with the help of Kyle and some other fellers, had to work ‘til it was dark out but they got the big job done—all the while smiling—so positive, so professional. I think we went without running water only for about a half-a-day, which was great since we have a toddler. I would definitely call these guys again.

After getting multiple quotes and talking to a dozen or so plumbers about all of my different options, Luke provided the best solution to running the gas line at an incredible price. Within days of picking Rapid Response for the job, they worked around my hectic schedule and picked a day at my convinience. Luke and Daniel arrived early to go over the plan once more and prep for the complex project at hand. Both Luke and Daniel are very knowledgeable. They worked throughout the day, were polite, courteous and kept a very clean job site. They were able to handle this task within a single day and went above and beyond all my expectations

Stevie is AMAZINGGG!! I called them to fix my outside water hose bib and found out the was damaged from a frozen pipe burst. I also told him my water heater was a couple weeks old from a *different plumber and he immediately noticed a leak and several other actual code violations he brought to my attention. He found a leak to my water heater that I wasn’t aware of after I had called another plumber previously who claimed they fixed it all! Very honest, helpful, and descriptive... I learned so much and I’m definitely going to him again and recommending to my family
